Remove my account

Use this form to ask Le Wine Club BV to delete your account in the Le Wine Club app, together with the personal data that belongs to it.

How it works

1. Fill in the email address you use for your Le Wine Club account and send the form.
2. We reply by email to confirm the request came from you.
3. After you confirm, we delete your account within one month and let you know when it is done.

What we delete

Your account and the personal data linked to it: name, date of birth, address details, phone number, email address, and your wine cellar and activity in the app.

What we keep

Invoices and payment records that Dutch tax law requires us to keep are retained for 7 years and then deleted. They are used for no other purpose.
